Meet and Greet
All new customers must schedule a Meet and Greet to secure a reservation. This is a great time to meet your sitter and for your sitter to meet your pets. These visits are very important for us to provide exceptional and personalized services to you, your pets, and your home. The Meet and Greet usually take 20-30 minutes, but we are happy to spend more time to get all the information we need and for you to get to know us. This initial visit is free of charge and you will not need to do it again once you become a customer.
Payment is due at least 3 days prior to the first day of your reservation. We will e-mail you an invoice once your services have been scheduled and you can easily pay online with a credit or debit card through our online scheduling software. (For those needing regular dog walks you can purchase a package of 5, 10, or 20 walks and use them as needed.)
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your pet sitting appointments. Since we do have limited time in a day and can only take so many appointments we can only give you a complete refund if you cancel at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made 1-3 days in advance will receive a refund in the form of a credit for future services. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the full amount of that day’s services.
If you happen to return early and no longer need part of your scheduled and paid for services please let us know as soon as possible. As long as you get ahold of us prior to the appointment we will add any remaining balance from the canceled services to your account for future use.
Last Minute Reservations
We are happy to help with your last minute reservations if possible. (For current customers only.) Because of the changes we need to make to our schedule in order to fit you in there will be a $2 charge per visit for anything scheduled less than 24 hours in advance.
We offer pet sitting services 365 days a year, but we do have a $5 charge per visit on holidays ($15-20 per overnight service). This goes directly to to your sitter who is using his or her holiday to work extra during these busy times.
(Overnight reservations that occur during a holiday have a 3 night minimum and require a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Deposit will be applied to total due.)

We require you to give us 1 copy of your house key at your initial in-home consultation. While you are welcome to give us other ways to access your home, a key is also required in case of power outages or other emergency situations. We keep our keys in a secure and locked location with no identifiers that would connect your home to that key. We recommend leaving the key with us for any future services, but if you would like your key returned after we can mail it to you or drop it with you at home ($10 fee for either).
We are happy to use your security system while visiting your home to keep it safe. We recommend you create a new security code just for us so you know it is us entering and leaving your home. If you will be out of town we ask that you contact your security company to let them know you have hired us and you gave us permission to enter your home in case of any complications.
